Financial Systems Industry Veteran Joins Response Analytics, Inc.
Rahul Gupta brings extensive industry knowledge, global perspective to Board of Directors
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – June 5, 2007 - Response Analytics, Inc., a leading Financial Services Optimization (FSO) company, announced today the appointment of Rahul Gupta, Group President, Payments and Industry Products with Fiserv, Inc. (NASDAQ:FISV), to its board of directors.

Gupta joins directors Donald A. Lucas of Lucas Venture Group, Brian Smith of Peninsula Ventures, and company CEO and Chairman of the Board, Brent Lippman.
Gupta has a broad background in financial services and payment industries. Mr. Gupta is currently leading the Fiserv Payments and Industry Products Group with oversight for various payments businesses, risk management solutions and industry products.
Prior to Fiserv, Gupta led eFunds, as President, U.S. Operations. Additionally he has more than 20 years of experience in financial technology management with firms such as PriceWaterhouse Management Consultants, Fidelity Investments and i2 Technologies.
