Brent Lippman, CEO

Brent Lippman – Chief Executive Officer: Brent is a serial entrepreneur who has created over $1 billion of shareholder value while serving as CEO for two software companies. Most recently, as CEO of Khimetrics, he identified promising scientific intellectual property, provided initial angel investment, raised additional venture capital funding, created a new industry segment (Revenue Management), grew the business profitably, sold the company to SAP, and returned to initial investors an average annual return of 77%. Prior to Khimetrics, Brent was CEO of JDA Software (Nasdaq: JDAS). During Mr. Lippman’s eight year tenure, he grew JDA into a company with $140 million in revenue, 1,100 associates, and operations in 11 countries with clients in over 30 countries. Brent has an MBA from Case Western Reserve University.
Kevin has over 30 years of commercial software development and technology management experience. Kevin’s unique experience is the development of open flexible enterprise solutions that solve complex business issues that scale without practical limits, all without disrupting business processes. Previously, he was Director of New Product Development at JDA Software where he built large teams of technology specialists for development and rollout of complex software applications. He also worked for a major savings and loan during the S & L crisis in late 80’s. An application he authored at that time was used by the RTC to manage commercial and construction loans during S & L takeovers. Kevin brings extensive experience in bringing solid, market-ready software to large corporate customers. Kevin earned his degree in Computer Information Systems from Arizona State University.
Tim Manning – Senior Vice President, Marketing
Don Harrington - Senior Vice President, Business Development
Tim is responsible for leading strategy and execution for product, corporate and field marketing initiatives. He brings a pioneering blend of execution and best practice marketing, combined with more than 20 years of marketing success and a proven track record in branding and positioning, international business and accelerating sales growth. He has served in various management roles for companies ranging from small enterprises to Fortune 500 organizations and has played a formative role in the marketing and development of numerous early-stage software companies. Tim holds a master’s degree in international management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, Phoenix , and a bachelor of commerce degree in finance from the University of Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
Don is SVP of Business Development at Response Analytics Inc , a leading Financial Services Optimization (FSO) company that specializes in the management of mortgage assets.
Prior to this Don worked as a retail development executive with Concept Shopping Inc., a Chicago based marketing services and consumer insight technology provider.
Don is a retail industry veteran and started his career as a Regional Director of Stores for CVS/Pharmacy. He served as SVP Merchandising, Marketing and Distribution for a U.S. subsidiary of the Bata Shoe Organization, a major international retailer. Following, Bata, he was President of Elder-Beerman Dept. Stores (BG Shoes Division) where he managed the successful turn around of a specialty division for this retailer, now part of Bon Ton Stores Inc.
Following his retail initiatives Don joined retail revenue management software pioneer, Khimetrics. where he served as the VP of Business Development helping Khimetrics secure its first multi-million deal with a non-US retailer thus opening the western Europe and Middle East markets and leading successful initiatives with a major CPG manufacturer and a major financial services organization. Khimetrics was acquired by SAP in 2006.
